Q - How do I place an order through your website?

A - 1. Click on the item you want

2. Select the type of product you want (if there are varieties)

3. Select Add to Cart

4. Click Check out on add to Cart

5. Fill-out the necessary details needed for the shipment

6. Choose a payment method (COD, PayPal)

7. You will then receive a confirmation and just wait for the product to arrive.

Q: Do you offer Cash On Delivery? Or any other payment options

A: Yes, we mainly offer cash on delivery on all our items, but incase you want to pay in another way, we also offer credit card payments, bank transfer and money transfers.

Q: If a product bought is damaged or defective, what will I do?

A: Please, message our FB page or contact us through the contact us page on our website, and we will help you A.S.A.P.

Q: How long does it take for the product to arrive?

A: Metro-Manila – 1 – 3 days Provincial 3 – 7 days
